Gift card rules
- VR Room gift cards are sold by SIA VR Room (registration number: 40203057362, Krišjāņa Barona iela 106, Riga, email: info@vrroom.lv)
- Gift cards are sold at VR Room entertainment facilities (Dzirnavu iela 113A, Riga) or on the vrroom.lv website.
- The gift card can be used as a reusable payment option on-site for the card's value until the end of its validity period at VR Room entertainment facilities.
- The gift card can be used to pay for the following goods and services:
- Playing virtual reality games at VR Room facilities,
- Reserving and creating events at VR Room facilities,
- Reserving and using virtual reality headsets for rent.
- The gift card is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase. The expiration date of the gift card is indicated on the card. The gift card can be used for payments as long as it is valid.
- An expired gift card cannot be used and is canceled.
- The value of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and VR Room does not repurchase or replace it.
- If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the gift card, additional payment can be made using other VR Room approved payment methods.
- VR Room does not replace or refund the value of lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards that have expired.
- Unactivated gift cards have no value.
- VR Room is not responsible for any losses that may arise from the gift card being obtained by a third party.
- SIA VR Room, the seller of gift cards, reserves the right to change the terms by publishing new terms on the same website.
- All rights to VR Room gift cards belong to SIA VR Room."
