How does equipment rental work?
Rental terms and security deposit
Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Before the rental, we confirm availability, the rental period, the package and the total cost.
The security deposit is separate from the rental fee
A refundable security deposit may apply. For example, the deposit for a VR headset kit is €100. We confirm the deposit for the chosen equipment, payment arrangements and refund procedure before confirming the rental.
Collection, delivery and use
Collection or delivery locations and times are arranged individually. If you need delivery or setup, mention this in your enquiry — costs depend on the location and equipment.
Does rental include an instructor?
Equipment rental and staffed event services are different. For activities with setup and an instructor, explore our event activities or describe your requirements in the enquiry.
Can I choose several products?
Yes. Add your chosen equipment to the enquiry list and send one combined request. You can change quantities and remove products from the list.
