The organiser needed different entertainment and relaxation options in several spaces over a longer event, with activities suited to different groups.

VRRoom planned the room layouts in advance, set up VR, gaming, and sports zones, and coordinated daily equipment checks. Content and guest flow were adapted to each location.

Guests had a choice of activities, while the organiser had one team responsible for keeping the zones ready throughout the project.
