The organiser needed one activity that could support a fair competition on the first day and more informal participation on the next.

On day one, VRRoom prepared a single track, shared car settings, and a custom leaderboard. On day two, guests could choose tracks, cars, and modes. An instructor helped newcomers and kept the equipment running.

The tournament day kept the simulator busy. Guests also explored different driving options during the more relaxed second day. Changing the format let the same attraction suit two different event rhythms.
