The organiser wanted an activity that suited the racing theme, was easy to try, and could engage guests throughout the event.

VRRoom planned and installed the driving simulator, prepared a custom leaderboard, and provided an instructor. The instructor helped participants, managed results, and kept the activity moving.

The simulator was in use almost continuously. Some guests aimed for the fastest lap; others tried a driving simulator for the first time. The organiser did not have to manage the technical side of the activity.

Tell us about your event theme and we will suggest an interactive activity that fits.
