The organiser wanted a football-themed video game tournament and another activity for guests who were not competing.

VRRoom supplied two outdoor gaming stations with 55-inch screens, an additional VR station, technical setup, and an instructor. Spare components were prepared to reduce the risk of interruptions.

Interest in the tournament was strong from the start. The VR station added an option outside the competition schedule. VRRoom managed the gaming zone while the client organised the rest of the event.
