The organiser needed a one-day programme for children and adults, with enough options for guests to move freely between stations.

VRRoom combined VR, PC, console, racing, retro, and physical games, including simpler activities for younger guests. Instructors helped participants and managed the equipment and flow.

Guests actively used the different stations. The range of activities gave different age groups a way to join in, while the organiser did not have to run each game separately.
